You can first choose from four appetizers, which include heirloom tomatoes, watermelon poke, hamachi Tataki, or Carolina style carrots. Your next choice is between small plates, with meals such as a squid salad, Parisian gnocchi & squash blossom; then you have your entrée to select as well, with risotto, halibut, branzino and spring lamb, all on the menu. Finally, delight yourself with a dessert of your choosing, panna cotta, the candy bar, old fashioned chess pie and white peaches are all options.
