Save the Date for The District’s Holiday Boat Parade on Dec. 7!

A beloved DC tradition returns this weekend! Taking place Saturday, Dec. 7, The District’s Holiday Boat Parade will take over The Wharf with dazzling lights, holiday-themed festivities, and plenty of seasonal cheer and merriment.

It all begins at 6 p.m. with a slate of seasonal activities that include ornament decorating, s’mores roasting at the Camp Wharf fire pit, ice skating, and winter drinks at the Waterfront Beer and Wine Garden. Shortly thereafter, boats will arrive in the Washington Channel, each aglow in holiday lights and decorated in their holiday finest. Be sure to stick around for the fireworks salute at 8 p.m., followed by live music!

The District’s Holiday Boat Parade is free and open to the public.
